Oh, I'm so glad I saw this post tonight! I have the apartment to myself tomorrow and was thinking about pulling out the carving kit - now I know I'm doing it, and I'm really excited for it. You're a rockstar for making your own wrapping paper. I'm not aiming for bigger than a notecard.
I have been "just winging it" since I got my Fisher Price weaving loom in kindergarten and my first set of watercolors at 3.
